While this is one of very few upcoming Jordan releases that appears to feature all of the traits above, we give credit where it’s due. The ‘UNC’ Air Jordan 6 Retro is beautiful.
The shoe’s story has yet to be told, but we believe it’s paying tribute to the time MJ was seen practicing in his beloved UNC practice shorts while rocking the Air Jordan 6 ‘Carmine’. This Black/University Blue colorway looks like it lines up perfectly with the shorts and black compression shorts worn.
December 23 is the current release date for the upcoming model so it gives you plenty of time to think about whether or not you’ll be grabbing a pair. Retail will likely be $190.

The tongues are too short… again.
I was kinda whatever with the colorway itself in the studio lighting, but in more realistic environments and lighting like in the pics here, it definitely grew on me.
