Last week, Footaction opened Capsule 213 and Capsule 323, experiential spaces that feature art, music, and creative thinking through brands, local talent, and the Los Angeles community.
Footaction has been a staple in most sneakerheads searches for the last 30 years or more, at least — anyone that goes mall searching knows the name. However, Footaction saw a need to connect with the culture in an even deeper way than just selling shoes.
The Capsule locations feature custom-designed clothing and art stations to create your designs on shoes and shirts, as well as “how-to” courses on design, photography, DJ’ing, and other skills that creators need to get noticed in the industry (and trust, this industry needs creators).
As you can see from the schedules below, there are tons of classes and chances to take part in the events, but if you are interested, get there early — the events are first-come, first-serve, and they begin tomorrow.
