Almost one year to date after FILA and Shoe City first linked for the ‘Puzzle Piece’ FILA Cage, the two are back promoting Autism Awareness with a new sneaker.
The first time ’round, a portion of every purchase of the ‘Puzzle Piece’ Cage was donated to Autism Speaks to help raise awareness and fund research. This time, Shoe City will donate $10 to Autism Speaks for every purchase of the latest ‘Puzzle Piece’ sneaker.
According to the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), one in every 88 children are diagnosed with Autism in the United States.
The classic FILA F-13 gets a white leather upper and vibrant “Light It Up Blue” suede accents. The multicolor theme hits the interior lining and laces with a puzzle piece logo that graces the strap.
Part two of the Shoe City x FILA F-13 ‘Puzzle Piece’ series launches on YCMC.com and at select Shoe City locations for $80 on April 20. GS and PS sizes are available, for $65 and $60, respectively.
