Diadora has just released its FW17 collection overseas, and some pieces have arrived Stateside.
Headlining the new collection is the Alpini pack, which is comprised of a V7000 and N9000. The pack is inspired by weaves and textiles that make up the uniforms of the Alpini (Italian for “alpines”), an elite mountain warfare military corps of the Italian Army that dates back to 1872. The Alpini are the oldest active mountain infantry in the world, according to Wikipedia, and are currently deployed in Afghanistan.
The N9000 ITA ‘Alpini’ is a premium Made in Italy release that retails for $220. It uses waterproof Cordura, wool, and felt.
New colorways of the Game Low and Borg Elite flesh out this FW17 collection, along with premium builds of the B.Elite and B.Original.
