adidas is all about allowing creators to create, and the brand’s Speedfactory shoes showcase this perfectly. Now, two new builds have released: the AM4NYC and AM4LDN.
The AM4 (adidas Made For) series utilizes the brand’s Speedfactory and ARAMIS technologies to precisely map out the contours and pressure points of a wearer’s foot to ensure a precise and bespoke fit.
Inspired by the streets of London and NYC, these running shoes were created using insights provided by athletes and constructed at the adidas Speedfactory facilities in Germany and Atlanta. The AM4NYC is the first shoe created at the Atlanta Speedfactory, and the brand’s goal is to produce 50% of its shoes using quicker methods and automation.
Featuring comfortable full-length Boost cushioning, a textile knit upper, floating Torsion bar for stability and flexibility, and a glue-free assembly, the AM4 Speedfactory sneakers should give runners the experience and performance they require.
Surprisingly, sizes of the $200 AM4LDN are still available over at adidas.com (while supplies last).
Did anybody grab a pair of the AM4NYC or AM4LDN? If so, do you think these cater to running more than the regular Ultra Boosts do? Share your thoughts down in the comments below.
