Aesthetically, the 2016 version looks closer to the early 2000 release as well as the OG release in the 1989, compared to the last retro in 2012. In the last picture below, you can see the difference in color in the shades of grey, with the 2012 release looking darker than all of the previous versions of the ‘White Cement’ 4. The general shape of the 2012 and 2016 version look similar though, with a wider toe compared to the older iterations.
