Nike has unveiled the Air Max 97 Plus and the Air Max Plus 97, two new amalgamations of popular Air Max silhouettes.
Simply put, Nike has taken the tooling from the Air Max 97 and put an Air Max Plus upper on it. And then, it took the upper from the Air Max Plus and put it atop the Air Max 97 sole.
And what will this sole-swapping cost you? The Air Max Plus 97 (the one with the 97 upper) is $160, the Air Max 97 Plus is $175.
According to Nike, both pairs will be available starting October 12 on the Nike App, Nike.com, and at select retailers. Additionally, it will hit Nike SNKRS on November 21 at 10:00 AM EST.
