The ‘South Beach’ moniker has been floating around regarding this upcoming Air Jordan 8 ‘Turbo Green’, but we get old school San Antonio vibes from this colorway.
We’re not sure what this new look on the Air Jordan 8 is all about, but we’re not hating it. Bringing a new ’90s take on the old ’90s classic, the shoe reminds me of the old San Antonio Spurs colors — but it could very well represent something completely different. The leather is looking good from what we can see, but the rear panel looks to feature a smooth synthetic leather instead of the fuzzy synthetic suede (which I prefer).
The Air Jordan 8 Retro in ‘Turbo Green’ is currently slated for an October 13 release with a retail price of $190. The shoe will release in full family sizing so everyone can have an Air Jordan 8 this year.
Is anyone interested in this shoe or do you feel it’ll be outlet-bound before 2019 rolls around?
