If you’ve been waiting to cop Jordan Brand’s ‘Chinese New Year’ pack, you’re in luck — it’s dropping very soon.
Fans in China will be able to pick up both silhouettes — the Air Jordan 6 ‘Chinese New Year’ and Air Jordan 32 ‘Chinese New Year’ — come January 9 through Nike SNKRS. The former will retail for ¥ 1,499.00 (approx. $230 USD) while the latter will retail for ¥1,699.00 (approx. $260 USD).
Stateside, both silhouettes should arrive sometime in January for $250 each (the release date shouldn’t be far off, Chinese New Year is February 16). Both sneakers are inspired by fireworks, a long-time tradition of CNY.
