The Air Jordan 10 ‘Cement’ is a Nod to One of Nike’s Historic Treatments

Now that the old heads have the classic Air Jordan 10 ‘Shadow’ back (which is still on sale some places), Jordan Brand appears ready to do something new with the Air Jordan 10 ‘Cement’:

The entire tumbled leather upper of the shoe has been covered in the classic cement detailing from the Air Jordan 4 ‘White Cement’. Here, it is comprised of both black and white paint, although that original Jordan 4 featured only black paint in its splatter treatment.

Never before has the Air Jordan 10 received this amount of splatter, and the cement print even extends to the midsole of the shoe. The placement of colors is very neutral on this shoe, but bright crimson hits appear at the Jumpman on the right insole and the Jumpman on the outsole. For cushioning, the Air Jordan 10 uses a full-length Air unit within a Phylon midsole.

You can expect the Air Jordan 10 ‘Cement’ to release on July 21 at Eastbay.com.

  1. They were better off with a “white cement” approach. White base upper, black overlay panel, cement midsole.

    But no.
