The Air Jordan 1 Wings is Unveiled

During the 1985-1986 season, Michael Jordan sat out more than 60 games due to a broken bone in his foot. He came back in March of that season and helped the Chicago Bulls clinch the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference for the NBA Playoffs. In honor of his perseverance and inner confidence, Jordan Brand is releasing a limited Air Jordan 1 Wings.

The Air Jordan 1 Wings features a black upper covered in a layer of gold that giving it a faux-patina look. The Air Jordan 1 Wings wouldn’t be complete without the wings logo on the sides of the shoe. On the inside of the tongue is a patch that reads “Everyone Can Fly” and is labeled with a number out of 19,400 pairs. The shoe is complemented by an icy sole that flaunts the wings logo.

The Air Jordan 1 Wings will be available May 17. Are you looking forward to trying to grab a pair?
