This year, Jordan Brand decided to put a new spin on the classic Air Jordan 1 silhouette. Usually decked out in an all leather material, the folks over at Jordan decided to reimagine the classic design, and dress it completely in Flyknit.
So far, we have seen the Air Jordan 1 Flyknit release in the ‘Banned’ and ‘Royal’ colorways, but it looks like there is a ‘Shadow’ version dropping in the spring of next year.
The high-profile sneaker features a Flyknit upper in black and medium grey, and is finished off with leather detailing on the Swoosh and Wings logo. Riding atop a white midsole and grey rubber outsole, the minimalistic scheme is fit for any outfit.
To learn why this Flyknit build is more comfortable than a traditional AJ1 check out the Air Jordan 1 Flyknit deconstructed.
Keep an eye out for the Air Jordan 1 Flyknit ‘Shadow’ to release in 2018 at select Jordan Brand retailers. The expected retail price is $180.
