Only the Air Jordan 1 ‘Clay Green’ and ‘Blue Moon’ to Release in North America

While we had previously reported that the Air Jordan 1 ‘Best Hand in the Game’ collection would be releasing on May 5 in specific global regions, Nike has moved that date up.

At the time, those regions hadn’t been announced, but now we know where each version of Michael Jordan’s original signature will be dropping.

According to Nike, the Air Jordan 1 ‘Blue Moon’ commemorates Jordan’s achievement of reaching 14 consecutive All-Star Games, all while earning three Game MVP’s in the process. This is signified by the straight flush on the right insole.

The Air Jordan 1 ‘Clay Green’ celebrates the biggest accomplishments of Jordan’s career, including his NBA titles and a place in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. A hand of cards is shown on the right insole, each of which dons a specific achievement.

According to Nike, both the Air Jordan 1 ‘Clay Green’ and ‘Blue Moon’ will release in North America on May 1 for $160 each.

The Air Jordan 1 ‘Track Red’ and ‘Yellow Ochre’ will only be available in the Asia Pacific, Latin America, Europe, and Middle East and Africa regions.

  1. I actually wanted those green ones because they can err to being monotone. I’ll try on release day.
