adidas has a number of models scheduled to release in celebration of Chinese New Year, and the one we didn’t see coming was the T-Mac 5.
The color pallet is simple and gorgeous. You can never, ever, go wrong with Black/White-Red. Ever. And when you add in the subtle Chinese New Year (2017 is the Year of the Rooster) elements it just sets things off even further. This silhouette may be the standout from adidas’ Chinese New Year lineup.
No word on if these will release Stateside, but once we know we’ll post an update. In the meantime, share your thoughts on the adidas T-Mac 5 ‘CNY’ below in the comment section.

I always liked the T mac line. It’s a clean CNY colorway.
Now if they would just update the cushion so it would sell more

They are pretty clean actually. They could have been an og pair.
Love these. I just hope the sizing is better than the last tmac 5 release. Those things were LARGE. Still love ’em though.
That is actually a good comparison.. I would rather have KD since he is longer. And if you talking about resume than KD as if I remember correctly, T-Mac has never LED his team pass the first round. Yeah T-Mac has been on a roster that passed first round like on Rockets (injured and “betted” against his Rockets team) and Spurs (I still blame T-Mac for the Spurs losing the Finals to Heat that year btw). T-Mac curse.
Chinese New Year is this weekend. I’d love to have these but there hasn’t been any updates. Where can I find these?
