adidas Originals it at it again bringing back another old model, and this one hits close to home.
I loved these as a kid, mostly because I love RUN DMC. I begged and begged my parents to get me a white pair so I could take them off and rock them just like they did. I’m only 19, so it’s not like a grew up when they were the most popular hip-hop artists in the world, but of course I recognize their greatness. I never really got too many shoes as a kid and this one was one I never got.
Fortunately, this colorway looks more OG in fashion and I’m digging it. White leather is utilized basically all over the upper and black is used on the 3 stripes on both sides of the midfoot panel and heel tab. What’s coolest to me is that pre-yellowed midsole and iconic shell toe.
No word on official release information, but say tuned with WearTesters and we’ll keep you posted.
