A Detailed Look at the adidas Harden B/E 3

Today, we have a detailed look at the upcoming adidas Harden B/E 3.

The latest installment of James Harden’s B/E line is an interesting one.

A first glance, they almost look like kid’s sneakers. Upon second glance, they almost look like a throwback to the old “Feet You Wear” days. Upon third glance they almost look like PureMotion. Regardless, the Harden B/E 3 might be dope on-court.

Much like the adidas N3XT L3V3L, the laces aren’t visible. However, there might actually be some laces under the strap. If there are no laces at all, it’ll be interesting to see if this is the direction adidas Hoops chooses to go next season. The build looks to be textile while the midsole should be Bounce. Traction is herringbone, which is awesome, while the tooling design is very reminiscent of adidas’ past performance features: FYW and PureMotion. Whether this setup is a derivative of either of the two has yet to be determined.

Release date and pricing information is currently unknown but we’ll be sure to keep you updated as the information becomes available.

Feel free to share your thoughts on the adidas Harden B/E 3 below and stay tuned for updates.

  1. On one hand, its hideous. Like, holy jeebus its hideous. On the other hand, that ftw-ish outsole intrigues me.
