The latest model to utilize a pump from the Vector brand, the Reebok Pump Supreme, has now released in a new version that splits the mesh upper with a Jacquard strip: the Reebok Pump Supreme Jacquard Tape.
The Reebok Pump Supreme Jacquard Tape features a different mesh upper than the regular Pump Supreme Engineers (which utilized a really nice looking engineered mesh). Between this latest Pump Supreme, the wicked expensive Vetements collaboration, and the engineered mesh version, Reebok has been experimenting with different kinds of mesh builds — and that’s good to see.
In terms of tech, the Pump Supreme utilizes the original Pump shape but implements the air bladder differently than the Z-Pump Fusion of 2015; instead of just a singular thin air bladder that wraps the ankle like a bracelet, the air bladder here zig-zags to completely envelope the midfoot and ankle. The elevated price point of this model may be due to the huge carbon fiber plate that reinforces the midsole. — just look at it.
Available now in two colorways — Mist/White/Carotene and Trace Blue/CollegiateNavy/Black — at overseas boutiques like Sneakersnstuff (which offers cheap shipping to the States) and Naked, this latest Pump model will run you $180.

wonder why that carbon fiber is there. I dont know much about pump but would you actually legit run in those?
I wouldn’t, there are far better and cheaper options. The upper doesn’t look all that supportive, but if you do run in it let us know what happens
I wish I had the money to check lol. Maybe I’ll get lucky and these’ll hit the outlets so I can cop
That’s what I’m hoping for ?
I’ve seen some good shit at their outlets before. omni pump collabs, the kendrick split pack, a few garbstore x reebok collabs. Here’s hoping
These are interesting. Not sure how I feel about the stripe down the front but I like the tape pump. Now if only Reebok had cushioning.
I’ve been less than impressed w/ recent Pump offerings. I found the fit to be sloppy and the pump did virtually nothing to compensate. w/ these the fit looks much more snug but I dont see how an external air bladder is going to make any difference whatsoever. the inflation is going to be away from your foot. its on the outside of the upper rather than between your foot and the upper. this seems completely pointless
I thought similarly about this model when I saw the bladder but if the upper it taught enough the bladder will push against the foot not just inflate out.
