The next installment of the Nike Kobe AD NXT 360 comes in University Gold/Court Purple — otherwise known as the ‘Yellow Strike’ edition.
On June 1 the Nike Kobe AD NXT 360 ‘Yellow Strike’ is scheduled to release for $200 at Eastbay.com.
While we have one performance review already available, another one wouldn’t hurt. I’m currently testing this colorway of the latest in the Kobe line and so far, so good.
If you wanted a detailed look and overview of the upcoming colorway then we have you covered with the video above. Let us know what you think about the ‘Yellow Strike’ edition of the Nike Kobe AD NXT 360 and if you’ve already played in the ‘Mamba Day’ edition, share your performance thoughts with us down below in the comment section.
I really don’t know if I can wait, but this color – even if I’m a Laker fan – I don’t know. When I’m feeling so Kobe, I still think of running a black or white base of sorts.
Does the texture of the Flyknit feel like it’d be a dirt magnet? They way you rubbed your fingers on it made it seem like there’s a lot of glue or TPU.
I have been playing in the MD Edition for 4 weeks and find it to be a great shoe for me. The Kobe AD NXT was a shoe that I really enjoyed playing in due to the lockdown fit, stability, cushioning, traction and light weight. It was my favorite shoe to play in since the Kobe 6s and 8s. I said all that to say that if the 360 did not surpass it, I was going back to AD NXT…the 360 surpasses it for me. It is a high performing low profile shoe with great stability, lockdown and cushioning. I know that shoe weight is not an important factor for some but it is for me, probably comes from my track/road racing days. I love a light shoe that is stable and provides good cushioning and this is that.
I have cautioned guys I play with that are slashers, quick cutters or who play with force this may not be the shoe for them because I am not sure if the Flyknit will hold up. My game is much different, think Kyle Korver but a foot shorter Ha Ha, so they work great for me.
The Yellow Strike cw has grown on me since they were announced a month ago.
Can’t wait for the Performance Review and to all the reviewers at WT much gratitude and respect for all the work you guys put in!
