The original Nike Free is going strong in its return in 2014 and Nike gives us another stellar colorway of the shoe that started the Nike Free line in the Nike Free OG 14′ City QS “Paris”
This colorway features a grey suede upper (although it looks to have a hint of green in these pictures). Blue mesh covers the heel and collar area with hits of yellow stitching and eyelets. A white Nike Swoosh and outsole keep this colorway clean but what really takes the cake is the midsole. A black midsole with white speckles give this colorway depth. Speckled rope laces lie just above a leather tongue tab that shows Paris, France above the Nike Swoosh branding.
I am partial to anything Paris, visiting Paris was an unbelievable experience and remains my favorite city in the world (Sorry Chicago). At the time i was not a sneakerhead but looking back the sneaker scene in Paris was unreal, i cannot wait to go back as a sneakerhead and see Paris with a different perspective. This colorway of the Nike Free OG 14′ is very clean, it has enough to make people take a second look without being to aggressive. Overall this colorway works for me, what about you?
