Kendrick Lamar may be doing great things for Reebok and the community. His kicks are selling well and the next installment is upon us: the next Kendrick Lamar x Reebok Classic Leather is arriving for July 1.
For this third iteration Kendrick Lamar linked up with Ian Paley of Garbstore for put a new and unique spin on the Reebok Classic Leather. If you haven’t noticed it, yes, it’s the big longitudinal seam that separates red and blue, carrying through the Bloods and Crips theme.
According to Reebok, the split seam continues to tell the unity and neutrality themes that Kendrick has explored with the past two Reebok Capsule collections. Additionally, the design dives further into Kendrick’s life, representing the significant crossroads that he has faced.
There are tons of interesting details on this shoe, from the half red and half blue Reebok branding to the single remaining k in the Reebok branding near the eyestays. Another interesting thing about this latest Kendrick collab is that everyone in the family will be able to cop.
The Kendrick Lamar x Reebok Classic Leather will be available Friday, July 1, in Adult sizes ($109.99), Grade School ($64.99), Pre-School ($59.99) and Toddler ($41.99) at Reebok.com, Shoe Palace, and Sneaker Villa.
