Another Look at the Upcoming Under Armour Curry 2.5

Another colorway has leaked online of the upcoming Under Armour Curry 2.5.

This pair is reminiscent of the providence road edition of the original Curry 2 as they both feature the royal blue upper and red accents. The shoe still sports the “I can do all things…” that Curry has been known for writing on his sneakers, along with a translucent outsole. While these images aren’t great, they give you another look at the upcoming Playoff sneaker that you may be interested in.

Check out the Under Armour Curry 2.5 below and let us know what you think about them in the comment section.

  1. Maybe the synthetic upper is some kind of Clutchfit (or something that functions like Clutchfit) to give the Speedform some extra structural support?

Not really digging the CW though..

    1. It appears to be CompFit, with a Kurim cover(the rubber patterning), this is similar to materials used in tennis, so I think you’re right, these will have added support, and structure.

  2. Looking forward to this edition of the Curry 2.5. Curry 2’s fit is just plain awesome and these look to be even more so. Sign me up!

  3. These are terrible from a visual standpoint. I applaud under armour for trying something different but I would not be caught wearing those. Also, these .5 models are stupid. Just call it what it is= curry 3.

    1. First,it is not the Curry 3, tooling is the same and its not even the new season. Do you get mad everytime Nike and Jordan release their extras too?

By the way, dont try to judge basketball shoes as casual sneaker, it’s just bad

  4. These look like trash, I might be the only one who like the One’s. The Two’s are generic looking. These look like the upper rolled around in a paper shredder. The sole are the from the Two’s, and the upper is something they bought at clearance.

  5. from a visual standpoint: they look awful. reminds me of the worst of reebok basketball. it’ll be a short-lived and forgotten model in the Curry line

  6. Same tooling….2.5 seems like the correct designation. Unless you ascribe to the Jordan brand approach. Like software, 2.0 to 3.0 should denote fundamental changes.

  7. Your designers were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should.

  8. These are tough on the eyes. But I don’t mind that (rough and rugged) look with an upper that seems more protective. especially in a dark colorway like a Lebron X carbon, D Rose 6 away. It gives me assurance that they will hold up. It’s false assurance, but still.

Funny. “I can do all things’ is now behind b a r s’.

    1. Stfu bro curry is the greatest shooter in the sport right now nobody except for low life who don’t know shit a bout bball disagree

  9. Oh God these shoes make me want to kill myself. I’m sorry, they’re that ugly. Actually, I’m not sorry.
