Today, adidas unveils the adizero Crazy Light 3 – the lightest basketball shoe in the game.
Weighing just 9.4oz and designed for ultimate comfort and performance, the adizero Crazy Light 3 features a lighter more comfortable upper with improved cushioning and ankle support.
The new aerodynamic 4-layer SPRINTWEB was engineered with added foam in key areas to improve comfort and support while the ankle collar is sixteen percent thicker and a 3D molded tongue enhances comfort for the foot. The enlarges asymmetrical SPRINTFRAME allows for maximum motion control and the radial wave bone traction system features a new and improved multi-level surface for maximum grip and flexibility.
The first of an assortment of Crazy Light 3 colorways features an eye catching pride blue SPRINTWEB along with contrasting electricity SPRINTFRAME and reflective 3-stripes detailing.
You can check out these kicks in action this summer with NBA stars Ricky Rubio, Mike Conley Jr. and Jrue Holiday as they take the adizero Crazy Light 3 to China as part of the adidas Quick vs. Fast tour.
The adizero Crazy Light 3 drops August 1st in ten colorways for $140 at adidas.com & Foot Locker.
Released already in Beijing, tried them out gotta say they’re the most comfortable guard shoes in the market right now.
looks like the APL Concept 3…
I’m glad they took notice to comfort. 0.1 oz is not noticeable at all but the comfort will make a difference.
Brace yourselves.
Injuries are coming!
haha injuries are coming? it”s alreay all over the place hahaha
these look really well made. the construction looks much better than 1 or 2. the “light” marketing angle has never appealed to me but these look like a quality product regardless of how light they are
another thing about adidas’ shoe why all of their shoe’s traction all looks like will grind down to nothing in matter of days if your play outdoor. and never make anything like XDR ! people will have to buy a new pairs of shoes quickly ,is that part of the “plan”
Might be the lightest but when Rose starts balling in these he is out for the season …
rose doesnt ball in these shoes, he has his own line
gonna get a pair of these definitely, got the ones and twos love them, love the crazylight line aswell
I just picked up a pair yesterday and i can happily say they are a MUCH BETTER crazy light and blow out the crazy quicks in my opinion. When they said they added comfort they meant it but i must say these dont feel lighter if anything heavier than the CL2 but who cares. definently in my top 3 performers. and oh yea still narrow but not as narrow as the 2’s
