Under Armour finally released the low top version of the Micro G Charge BB.
If you remember from the original’s performance review, the Charge BB focused on providing you with a perfect fit… something that was its main drawback as the fit was sloppy and heel lockdown was awful due to the calf armor. This low version should remedy that issue because the top lace loop is much closer to the rest of the shoe so it should hold the foot a lot better. Cushion was great and traction definitely could have been better – something they have done with their upcoming Spawn model. I’d recommend going down 1/2 size unless you have wide feet since the material will stretch a bit after playing.

They have the same cushion , support , traction and ventilation. I don’t think he’ll review them.
I tried on the high-top in store. Personally, I thought the fit was great from the ankle down. The calf condom felt annoying though. Maybe fit is an individualized attribute because everybody has different foot shapes. I nearly pulled the trigger on em but I just couldn’t stand that calf lol
I try on a ton of shoes that fit perfectly… until I play in them. The heel lockdown was awful in these which led to their horrible support overall. Unless you have fat feet/ ankles then you’ll experience the same. I hear it all the time from people that bought the shoe and regretted it.

Calf thing still seems pointless but executed better on this model than the regular charge BB.
