A new build of the Under Armour Threadborne Shift has arrived at Eastbay.
After speaking with Evan Lok, the designer of the Threadborne Shift, and Ernie Talbert, Under Armour’s Lifestyle Senior Global Brand Manager, we got several insights into one of the latest lifestyle sneakers from UA.
First, according to Evan Lok, the straps in the forefoot and heel work in conjunction with the suede midfoot saddle to secure the foot onto the platform. Second, the Threadborne Shift’s open knitted structure and yarns were specifically engineered to increase breathability and maximize durability. Lastly, the Shift sits atop Charged foam and a full-length rubber outsole with raised lugs for increased durability and traction.
