Now that is a ‘Hawaiian’ colorway.
Often times we see ‘Hawaiian Camo’ colorways of popular sneakers that don’t truly represent the actual culture of Hawaii, something that this colorway of the Nike Lunar Force 1 does. Being from the islands myself, this colorway would be an instant cop, but due to its exclusiveness, only two pairs were made. Lasered tribal graphics that include the area code of Hawaii ‘808’, decorate the clean white upper, and the gum bottom sets it all off for an overall clean look. Also, this exclusive colorway comes in a Koa wood box that features the lasered tribal patterns as well. It is an overall amazing package that has a lot of detail, everything from the box to the insole display intricate artwork that is truly beautiful.
Hopefully Marcus Mariota will show us what this beautiful colorway of the Nike Lunar Force 1 will look like on feet during draft day, but for the rest of us, these are a pipe dream.
