Reebok Furylite ‘Dark Sage’

reebok-furylite-dark-sage-06It’s been a little while since we’ve seen an interesting new model from Reebok. Hopefully 2015 will be more successful for Reebok and their latest model, the Reebok Furylite ‘Dark Sage’, could be a good start. The new lightweight shoe is directly inspired by the Reebok Instapump Fury, hence the name, and features many of the same design cues as its inspiration. The side panels on the Furylite are almost identical in shape to the Pump bladder on the Instapump Fury. However, this model doesn’t feature a Pump.

The Reebok Furylite ‘Dark Sage’ does feature a lightweight and breathable mesh upper, lace up closure, and low profile speckled midsole. Some pop comes from the bright red/pink Reebok tongue branding and heel pull tab. Entering the market alongside the adidas Tubular, adidas Pure Boost, Nike Roshe Run, Puma Disc Blaze, and the slew of other lightweight runners meant for casual wear, the Reebok Furylite will retail for right around $85 when it arrives Stateside. This model has actually sold out at a few different European retailers.

Thoughts on the Reebok Furylite ‘Dark Sage’? Share them in the comments below. Would you choose this over a Roshe Run or another similar casual runner?
