The downpour of Air Max 97 releases to celebrate the silhouette’s 20th anniversary continues as we get a closer look at Nike’s collaboration with streetwear stalwart UNDEFEATED.
This rendition of the shoe features an all-black upper with contrasting green and red stripes that run around the sneaker, atop its patent leather mudguard. Notable details include the a red embroidered Swoosh and UNDEFEATED’s signature five strikes logo on the insoles and tongue pull tabs.
A release date appears to be set for Friday, September 1, at Germany’s 43einhalb. The shoe is set to retail for $180. A Stateside release date is still TBD.
