Li-Ning Way of Wade 2 On Foot Look

I wish it were an on-foot look on-court but any on-foot look is better than none.

They don’t look that bad… just takes a little getting used to the new design. I remember having the same exact initial thoughts and reactions to most Air Jordan’s back in the day – it took me a long time to get used to the XII & XIII when I was a kid.

Let me know what you think about the WoW 2 in the comment section below.

      1. I had a hook up from Li-Ning cause they sold me some pretty bad quality Turning Points and Villains.. the customer service promised me that they’d get me a pair of WoW for half price. Then they started dodging my emails 🙁

  1. pque1703, the WoWs were available in hong kong two or so months ago, that’s how i got my pair, i think they may still have some sizes left, though i’m not exactly sure. try looking up shooting five in mong kok…the dude who owns the place said he’s also planning on bringing in the 2s whenever they release (supposedly the end of the year)

    1. If you don’t mind me asking, why should he have stayed with Jordan? They did produce him some good/great performers, but no one bought them so if he was getting a piece of sales, they were very paltry. Li-Ning was offering reportedly double or more than what JB did for his endorsement and a piece of the company. Since Wade’s career is probably at it’s peak now and going nowhere but down, why not go for the money and do something different than the norm? It’s not like JB is hurting for players on their roster now.

      1. it’s strange that anybody should say that, because what li-ning effectively did was make a shoe that plays like everybody’s favorite jordans from the ’90s, while being FAR superior in quality to any of the retros that JB have been putting out over the last few years. d-wade obviously has love for the air jordan line, he’s the only dude in the L who has made it clear that he prefers to play in leather and not fuse…

ps if you haven’t played in the WoWs you really should. i know they don’t look as ‘sleek’ as a lot of the minimalist stuff that is coming out these days, but they are very low to the ground, fit better than most anything i can think of and are incredibly stable/supportive.
