The Converse Cons Weapon Mid Black / White is available now at Foot Locker for $84.99. At first I wasn’t really feeling this shoe, but seeing these pictures and the leather…I may have been swayed. They look like a great casual shoe; the white and black build is very simple but loud at the same time, unlike a lot of black/white colorways (besides for the black/white Shaqnosis of course). For those that may not recall, Larry Bird rocked this shoe heavy back in the day.

Sick old school shoe. This shoe personified 80’s basketball IMO. These were to 80’s NBA players what the Hyperdunks are to current players. Probably not suitable for serious ball now that we’ve all experienced 30+ years of tech, but that captured flavor of the 80’s make these casually rockable.
Larry Legend wore them. Enough said.
