3. BrandBlack Raptor/ J Crossover – Speaking of underdogs… I wasn’t even planning on doing a review on Brandblack’s sneakers because they didn’t look like anything special to me. Even at my age, I still have a hard time not judging certain things before trying them… I really need to continue to work on that. Anyway, I haven’t completed wear testing them but from what I’ve gathered so far… they’re really solid. Great traction, cushion is really nice once you break it in and the premium synthetics are great. They heavily lack ventilation – something I tend to not complain about – but with these it’s noticeably bad. No blisters – luckily – due to the materials they’ve used along the interior of the shoe but the ventilation really does suck. I’ll save the rest for their upcoming performance review.
The Jordan Zoom Separate is Luka Doncic's non-signature signature shoe for the 2021-2022 season. The shoe packs some interesting performance features, but, will it turn out to be a performance stand out on-court? Read on to find out.
