The Nike Shox Gravity Luxe Sports a New Build and Familiar Colorway

nike shox gravity luxe 3

While the initial Nike Shox Gravity colorway may not have been for everyone, the Shox Gravity Luxe takes a more toned-down approach.

The only apparent difference between the Shox Gravity and its new Luxe build is the heel counter, which has gotten a hexagonal  pebbled look.

The Shox Gravity Luxe uses the same speed lacing system and features the iconic Shox ‘S’ logo on the insoles. The bright green colorway is reminiscent of the Air Jordan 13 ‘Altitude’.

Dressed in Black/Strike Green-Black, this Shox Gravity Luxe should arrive along with a slew of Shox Gravity colorways for both men and women on January 18 at Foot Locker and February 1 at Eastbay. The shoe is priced at $150.

  1. Fancy boy dad shoe imo. Of course jury is still out to whether or not this iteration of Shox is functionally impressive, but even if we took the praise of the VaporMax, Nike has been playing with ugly tooling to try to make an impression.

It’s just ugly. I mean it is true if they make a better foam (lol React tho), it’ll look like they’re conforming to the trends other brands are pushing, but to me this is just a goofy way to try to create appeal in being different.
