The adidas D Rose 6 was a solid on-court model, but the D Rose 7 looks freaking beastly.
These look to feature PrimeKnit along the upper with a synthetic cage to strap in and lock down the midfoot and ankle. Despite their high cut, the material looks soft so it will likely fit like a high, but play like a low. Yes, we’ve heard that before.
But I’m just going over what we can see. BOOST is back and in full length fashion. There is no StableFrame this time around as they’ve designed the outsole as the carrier. This should reduce a lot of the weight the StableFrame brought to the D Rose 6.
The one area we can’t see is the traction, but you can see it peeking through on the image featuring the Volt pair. Looks like we’ll get some type of herringbone implemented which is a good thing.

You sure about that ? The 5 and 6 still got the three stripes just at the front logo.. And d rose 7 was the whole shoe is d rose detail that’s why they put the three stripes at the front and it was not Jordan mj has a brand he put his own logo but rose are not he don,t have his own brand that’s why still need to put adiidas their own logo
definitely reminds me of the Lebron 13 by just looking at the overall shape and build, and the textured ankle area has to resemble the Kyrie 2. Looks comfortable and performance-driven but I’m not sure how I feel about the overall design of it… Maybe just too much (unwanted details) for me. Hopefully there’ll be a good colorway that would make the design more appealing. Thanks for the fresh info tho Nightwing2303!
I would assume the 6’s are gonna be hitting the sales racks sooner than later then.
They are over here (in Europe), those first four colorways: a freaking 40 and 50 % off on the Adidas site.

The Rose 7 look fierce, if they do a good FYW on ’em though, those KB8 III’s are my must-have.

The weird thing is that the D Rose 6 on sale, is cheaper than the D Rose 5 on sale. (Ordered the 6’s too. Can’t leave ‘m out there.)

It looks like something similar to fly wire for the lacing to have more stability. Shoe to the right in the first image looks intriguing (looks like dames logo) Also I’m wondering with j wall leaving are they ready to begin a sig for Andrew Wiggins or its to early? Hmm….these look dope…hope they are beasts on court.But man these look very similar to a Jwall boost model(supposedly JWall 3’s) which was leaked sometime after the release of Jwall 2 last year…..i mean the design and upper of both the shoes look very similar.Especially since Jwaall’s contract with adidas ended they would have modified that shoe to a rose model IMO….idk

Adidas will dominate the performance game very soon. They have the best cushion. If the fix the rest game over performance wise. I think they are in good path. And the best decision was to give up the NBA sponsorship which was a waste of money so they can focus on shoes development
You know what’s nice? Looks like the materials will be the SAME for each colorway! They look heavy but I think they’ll feel light since it looks like the boost is the only one making things heavy.
Like NW said, the StableFrame is gone since the outsole is acting as the carrier. Cut off the huge TPU heel cage that came with the StableFrame, it looks like a series of fuse overlays + knit. While it does look like a boot, it should add up to something light.
Bit ugly, if miadidas lets me, I’m shamelessly gonna run as close as possible to a Mag colorway.
I personally don’t think Wiggins should get a sig yet. If Wall doesn’t re-sign, I just say swap his signature for Harden’s and keep Adidas at 3 sig models.

These look awesome!! My only suggestion c’mon adidas everyone knows what boost is by now! It’s time to start matching boost to the colour of the shoe or making boost a colour! and i’m talking across all models and sports! Boost’s performance is second to none time to make it aesthetically pleasing also! Great Job Adidas!
Just imagine the bottom yellow pair with blue boost or speckled boost to match the laces! or the top pair having orange boost to match the lace eyelets!!
I think I read or saw a video where they said that colouring it alters the properties/performance of the Boost and they haven’t quite worked out how to do that yet. What I saw/read wasn’t recent though, so maybe by now they have it worked out?
I really want an all blacked out pair though with the Boost itself being black. Nightwing, Duke, Jarron, any idea if they’re able to colour the Boost yet?

I saw some photos of what’s probably the crazylight boost 3 on Kicksonfire’s website. Why’d they have to leak this early? Now I have to wait all that time.
Reminiscent of what the rose line was prior to boost, which is good. As several people say Adidas has the best cushioning, the other aspects of performance had been Adidas meat and potatoes. The implemented boost added weight, with the weight, less geofit around ankles. These look a lot like the rose 4, with boost. I never have issues w adidas traction + they made the lightest shoe a few times, expect those things support + boost.
