Robbie Fuller Breaks Down the adidas adiZero Crazy Light 2

Robbie Fuller breaks down the adiZero Crazy Light 2, giving us a good feel for what to expect come release day.

The Crazy Light 2 is lighter & stronger, any stability issues that were present within the first model look to have been retooled to promote a functional piece of lightweight equipment. One of the best things they’ve done – in my opinion – is make the outsole suitable for both indoor and outdoor play… that was a huge drawback for most consumers with the original version as there are a lot of outdoor players around the globe.

Take a look at the video as we countdown to the launch date.

  1. Can’t wait for the first impressions-reviews. They surely fixed the instability issues which was the reason why many people didn’t get them.
The most exciting part on the 2’s is definitely the durable outsole!

    1. Just the Crazy Light had that issue. Remember when Rose first wore them and tried to cut to the basket when his ankle rolled?
The shoe is not able to completely hold the lateral forces on the forefoot thus your foot slides on the side which leads to a roll over.
That is the way it happens though it’s an outcome of many factors such as the midsole’s cushioning, the upper even the width+traction of the outsole.

      Hope that helps.

  2. Seen lots of guys wear the crazy light 2 during this years’ playoffs. I guess when you’re an NBA player…you get your kicks early

  3. i really have high expectation on these shoes! and imma cop them depending on ur review 😛
but do you really think there will be a huge change between these and the Crazy Lights 1? as far as cushioning and heel support would go
