Nike’s classic outdoor hoop shoe, the Air Raid, has been updated with Lunar cushioning and slimmed down a bit to meet todays on-court standards.
If you haven’t seen a colorway that has caught your eye then you haven’t seen these. Volt takes up the entire upper while black hits give a nice contrast, followed by a cement speckled midsole… not a bad look for a color that can be obnoxious if overused. For those wondering, yes, these are still made for the blacktop. Its not stated along the upper, but it is on the outsole.

wouldnt do so well indoors? or its just made to be outdoor and it would also work indoors?
They’ll work fine indoors. They were made to last outdoors.
kk,thanks
do you have more tech info? or better yet a performance review?
I don’t find the traction that thick in person. Almost copped for outdoor use but backed off when I saw the traction.
Just get the og air raid
Yeah but you lose great cushion getting the OG tho
Purchased a different shoe altogether
The only diff I noticed was cushion alot firmer and traction
By “work fine” do you mean they will be good for a season in High School basketball at a competitive level? Or should I go more mainstream?
