Nike Air Flight Huarache OG

nike-air-flight-huarache-og-0Apparently Nike isn’t done bringing back the late 80s and early 90s. Please say hello, again, to the Nike Air Flight Huarache OG. A few years back it came back with a Free outsole. This time, it’s back in its original 1992 form. Tinker Hatfield and Eric Avar cooked up this baby in the early 90s to have the functionality of South American sandals and the fit of neoprene waterski boots.

Blue neoprene hits the outside of the bootie, while a gorgeous purple takes care of the inner lining and heel TPU piece. White leather hits the rest of the upper, contrasted by the black accents on the heel cage. The Nike Air Flight Huarache OG drops at NSW accounts and Nike.com August 8. Happy to have this shoe back? Let us know in the comments below.

  1. OMG I had these! I couldn’t tell you when, but judging how the wing looks similar to the VII I’ll say about ’92

  2. So many memories… I had these as my first ever basketball shoe! I hope they release in Oz cos I definitely want a pair just for the nostalgia!

  3. Dear Mr. Knight,
Now that my FAB FIVE holy trinity is almost complete. Let’s retro the Air Maestros and we can call it a day.

  4. I had the Free version that released a couple of years ago and was disappointed with the overall quality. Hope they step it up on these.
