Earlier this month we reported that adidas had unveiled a new silhouette, the Prophere. Now, another colorway is dropping soon, just in time for the new year.
According to adidas, a one-piece soft knit grey upper (that isn’t Primeknit) is used for the upper of the Prophere while the iconic “three stripes” makes up the lacing system.
There is also a heel counter and a reinforced tongue for added support. All this sits atop an aggressive and exaggerated white midsole with a hit of Solar Red on the heel of the outsole to add some pop.
Performance-wise, apart from the aforementioned heel counter and reinforced tongue, there are very few performance aspects to this sneaker as it is an Originals release meant for lifestyle purposes.

The adidas Originals Prophere in Grey/White/Solar Red is set to drop on December 26 on Eastbay.com and adidas.com for $120.
