Lou Williams’ PEAK Lightning 2019 PE | Detailed Look and Review

Lou Williams had one hell of a postseason against the Golden State Warriors, and he was wearing the PEAK Lightning 2019.

One of the current best sixth men in the league, Lou Williams nearly dismantled the Golden State Warriors in the first round of the 2019 NBA Playoffs.

While getting buckets and doing work, Williams wore the PEAK Lightning 2019 and we have a detailed look and review on the model.

This is definitely a model I’m excited to try out as the comfort level on them is pretty insane from a try on. Actually, every time I put them on, I’m surprised by the amount of cushion they offer. I hope it doesn’t end up being too much cushion when all is said and done, but if it worked for Lou Williams then I’m sure it’ll work for me.

The build is a sock-styled knit while the lacing system is the main area of concern; I’m a bit worried about the cables durability but we’ll have to wait and see how things go. Traction looks like it’ll perform well, but they are reminiscent of the adidas Crazy Explosive.

I hope to start taking these out on-court within the next week or two so stay tuned for updates regarding its performance.
