Jordan Brand has signed Chicago native and 2013 Jordan Brand Classic co-MVP, Jabari Parker to their roster of growing on-court athletes. Parker broke the news himself this morning, tweeting out a photo of a gold Jumpman tie pin he’ll wear at tonight’s draft:

– According to analysts, Parker is expected to go in the top two. Jordan himself had to wait until No. 3 to hear his name called.
– The soon-to-be rookie forward claims to model his playing style after another Jordan Brand athlete, Carmelo Anthony, and joins other Jordan Brand stars including Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook, Blake Griffin, Victor Oladipo and Kawhi Leonard.
– Parker was born the same year the brand released the popular Air Jordan XI (1995).
