Dwight Howard has unveiled the PEAK DH2, his second signature model with the Chinese sportswear brand.
The first thing we noticed about the PEAK DH2 is the mid-cut design. It’s on the border of being a low and for a big man shoe, the overall collar height of the DH2 isn’t what we would expect.
The materials seem to be a standard fuse upper with a mesh tongue and a neoprene heel collar. However, the black colorway shown below looks like its mesh underlay is exposed more than its red counterpart which would be very interesting if it’s a true mesh material. That is pretty much all we know tech-wise.
Aesthetically, the PEAK DH2 plays it safe but looks very nice in these three colorways. Implementing the Atlanta Hawks triangle pattern that they use on their uniforms throughout the silhouette was a great move. Dwight’s personal branding can be found all over making it a true signature model.
