Since the first images of the BrandBlack J Crossover 2 were leaked, the shoe has been a favorite of ours here at WearTesters. Now, its little brother the J Crossover 2 Low is here.
The knitted forefoot, textured leather panels at the heel, JetLon midsole, and killer traction made the shoe a top five pick on all of our lists. Soon after, pictures of the BrandBlack J Crossover 2 Low released, and WearTesters was able to preview a pair. Heads were turned again, drawn to what appeared to be another line of performance beasts. But sadly, no news on a potential release. Well, REJOICE true believers, for the day has come, when we will be blessed with the Brandblack J Crossover 2 Low, and that day is tomorrow — February 26.
So far, what we know is the shoe will be available in Silver, Red, Royal, and Black/ Red colorways. A textile upper, leather back panels, and a reinforced forefoot made of a very thin TPU that takes care of our only complaint from the mid — containment could have been better.
Retail is priced at $140 and will be available on BrandBlack.com on February 26, 2016. No news on a Finish Line release for a wider reach, but stay tuned to WearTesters.com for further info. Will you be picking up the BrandBlack J Crossover 2 Low? Sound off below.
Does that tongue cut ankles like the FV premium? Cos low tops + high socks aren’t always a great look.
Then never cut mine and I wore no shows with them.
Do these also run half a size big?
No, the others don’t either they just had a soft upper so they lacked a little containment.
same fit as the jc2 mids?

I HOPE Brandblack sticks to this release date. The Black/Red lows are my target.

Man, I want the black pair. Problem is, I’m not in the US. The only place that seems to sell them internationally is Revolve, but for some reason they never stock 11.5 in any of the BrandBlack shoes that they sell. They usually only list 11 or 12 for some reason. Anyone know why that would be? On top of that, they might not even stock them at all as they’ve only got a small selection of BrandBlack shoes.
Did they sell out? I can’t seem to find them on their page? :/ I’ve been waiting for these!
