Air Jordan 13 Retro ‘Grey Toe’ – New Images

A few days ago, Weartesters broke the news about the return of the ‘Grey Toe’ 13s. Now, we have some more detailed shots of the highly anticipated release.

As mentioned in the article linked above, these are a retro of the OG 1998 pair that was an overseas exclusive, which means that the brighter shade of red and grey tongue are both correct touches on the shoe. The biggest notable difference between this new release and the original pair is that the midsole is painted red, as opposed to suede. Suede is still featured along the side of the shoe, but the painted midsole should alleviate the red bleed onto the outsole pods.

No release information is confirmed, but these are rumored to be making a return in November.  Let us know if  these are a must-have for you, and stick with WearTesters for any upcoming information as well as any of your performance needs.

  1. Smart move on painting the midsole rather than covering it in suede to prevent bleeding down to the pods. Style perseveration seems to matter so much more these days on retros.

  2. I just want a pair to play in, by far the best Jordans to ball in, I just never manage to get them when they retro…

    1. Shut ya bitch ass up nigga get some new Jordan’s you no swag having mutha fucka sweet punk soft ass nigga ugly bastard

  3. I’m glad they painted the midsole but I think I’d rather have the darker red. I have too many red Jordan’s already and the maroon would have been a nice change.
