adidas Ultra Boost ‘Triple Black’ is Coming Soon

adidas Ultra Boost 'Triple Black' 3

One of the most comfortable runners on the market, the adidas Ultra Boost, will soon be available in the ‘Triple Black’ colorway that everyone knows and loves. adidas has recently been restocking many of the Ultra Boost colorways, so it’s refreshing to see the brand release new renditions of this instant classic sneaker.

The adidas Ultra Boost ‘Triple Black’ features a full Core Black Primeknit upper sitting on top of a black Boost midsole and Continental rubber outsole. As the title suggests, everything on this colorway is Core Black, from the Three Stripes stability cage to the heel counter. One thing to note is that the Boost on this colorway is not natively black, it is simply painted black.

The ‘Triple Black’ version of the Ultra Boost should be available on October 13 in limited release for a retail of $180 USD. What do you think of this ‘Triple Black’ colorway? Are you more of a fan of the ‘Triple White’ version? Let us know in the comment section below, and stay tuned to WearTesters.com for the latest on everything adidas.

  1. Nice something you can use at work 🙂

    All Black….must buy!!!!!

Just hoping that black color on the painted boost doesn’tcome off when scratched by accident.

    1. Shoe released… 0.5 seconds later.. Aaaaaand they’re gone.

adidas can barely keep the standard color ways in stock. this is going to be a tough buy.

      1. I think this is actually Black Boost, not painted. Correct me if I am wrong, but I recall previous coloured ones had paint on the sides, then when you looked underneath them at the outsole, the white Boost was there still there. Look at these underneath, the Boost is Black there as well. Could this actually be real coloured BLACK BOOST? Awesome if it is. Hopefully the performance isn’t altered or hindered in any way.

Also, has anyone actually run in these for long runs or worn them for 8+ hours? Solereview said that you can’t really run long distances in them because those plastic cages start digging into your feet and feel very uncomfortable.

      1. So was I. I thought it was coloured Boost in general that they were working on. Is it just the Black colour only? Not that I am complaining, as that is the colour I like most.

  2. My heart sunk when I saw “Limited Release”. I HATE having to work so hard just to give a company $200. I HATE that Adidas takes cues from Jordan brand on how they release these and Yeezy’s.
