adidas and SneakerNStuff are coming together to collaborate on an adidas D Rose 7. This is the first ever adidas performance basketball shoe for the adidas Consortium range.
According to Peter Jansson, co-founder of SNS, this sneaker is a nod to SneakersNStuff’s first adidas Stockholm shoe, Sweden, and Derrick Rose’s high school colors. In four days, this Primeknit version of the shoe will become available for $179.
By default, I’m personally liking the colorway as it reminds me of my hometown team — the Golden State Warriors. It also doesn’t hurt that the D Rose 7 PK is one of my favorite hoop shoes to play in this year.

Was holding out on a Rose 7 until I finally got to see this. Deal breaker is the suede used on the support wings and collar, which kinda makes the shoe more casual than functional. When the product code was leaked, it was listed to have (some) black on it. Was also hoping to see that.
Love the knit, and the package as a whole. As much as it didn’t meet expectations, looks like a nice shoe period. I’d be deciding on a whim on Monday
They really screwed up with this shoe. They made it way too narrow in the midsole. Unwearable unless you have extremely narrow feet.
D rose 7 is my favorite performance bball shoe because of the traction, impact protection and support. The PK version is very comfy. Even still – highly awaiting the PK with solid outsole version….. “home away from home”…….?

the materials and colors are great. probably wouldnt pay the premium price tho. just as soon buy the PK for less as I’m more interested in performance than fashion
Are there any more official colorways coming through for the Rose 7? I have the black mesh, but I’m not feeling how I have to come up with different configurations to get a better fit so that my foot isn’t sliding inside the shoe and my toe banging the front of the shoe. Supposedly PK fits better, but I need a black version.

Nightwing2303 – Have turned to all your YouTube reviews to assist in my sneaker picks. That said, love this colorway and purchased recently. They feel incredible on feet. Wondering if this SNS version is acceptable to play in…or, do I need to pick up another pair of PKs(?) Thank you in advance!
