Brandblack has launched its 2019 footwear collection and we have a few of the new models in-hand for a detailed look and review.
We were fortunate enough to have been sent a pair of the Brandblack Kite Racer, Brandblack Nomo and the Brandblack Saga Mil-Spec.
The Saga Mil-Spec is a chunky trail shoe that feels insane on-foot from a cushion perspective. I don’t think I’ve felt a foam cushion like this before. It’s soft, bouncy and responsive all at once. Definitely a strange sensation, but for those looking for a maximum cushion setup then this may be something you’ll want to take a look at.
The Brandblack Kite Racer utilizes the same outsole and midsole tooling as the Saga Mil-Spec, so the cushion and traction is carried over for a crazy under-foot feeling. This model switches things up by using a lightweight, breathable ripstop material with thin fuse overlays.
Lastly, we have the Brandblack Nomo. This is the most subtle looking model out of the 2019 collection. However, it may be the most premium as it uses lightweight mesh with premium leather and suede overlays.
All of these models feature a Vibram outsole and prices range between $170-$260. You can find each of the new models available now at Brandblack.com.
