I mean I get that the UltraBoost may be just a bit bouncier, but where’s the love for this murdered-out adidas PureBoost LTD?
The latest PureBoost is a neutral runner with full-length Boost and an entirely Primeknit upper with a graphic inspired by ARAMIS testing (more on that here). The tongue is perhaps the most notable feature on this model; it is double-folded with progressive lacing that should reduce lace pressure on the foot.
To keep you locked in during your run, a molded heel counter is featured. Finally, the durable STRETCHWEB rubber outsole actually wraps up onto the medial side of the shoe for support and better transition.

I bought those release day and just got them in this morning. I LOVE THEM. I think the hype is going to come as people receive their pairs. I just need to get a another pair first. Stay away everyone lol!

nobody cares about these pureboosts, which is cool, because it means they’re easy to get
i have the white pair, the boost isn’t that far off from the ultraboosts IMO, and i think that they are actually more comfortable to wear over long periods of time (ultras are kind of rough after a few hours of wear for me, because they are so narrow in the forefoot), i like them a lot
if i see these around my way i might consider, though i already have the triple black uncaged so they’re not really necessary
Got lucky when these released along with the restock on adidas. Was thinking of reselling them but they look so dope. Due to all the commotion during the restock, I accidentally ordered two pairs even if it was limited to one pair per customer.
On the ultra boosts being bouncier, honestly I think it just comes down to it having insoles. I’ve tried putting insoles in my pureboosts and they feel pretty close to ultras.
I just don’t think these are worth $160. That’s hella steep and almost UB level
yeah, it’s a lot to charge just for painting the boost black….it’s something you can just do on your own for less money, ha

whether basketball, running, or originals, does anyone else here thinks adidas needs a decent insole in their shoes? yes of course #boostislife and all, but i THINK i still need some step in comfort which i don’t get when i’m directly riding in top of boost. i mean, i still need some decent/comfortable car seats no matter how good the suspension of that car is.
I take all the insoles out of my boost runners to ride right on the boost
