Following the recent release of the Shanghai & Beijing Pack, Li-Ning is releasing another pack, this time inspired by Dwayne Wade’s roots: the Way of Wade 4 Chicago and Miami Pack.
Chicago and Miami are two very important places for Dwayne Wade. Chitown is where Wade is from, while Miami is where Wade has spent his professional career as an NBA athlete. The Chicago pair can be seen in orange, which is placed in various shades throughout the entire upper. Orange signifies the Chicago Bear’s accent color. The other half of the pack is the Miami pair, which can be seen in an aqua shade throughout the entire upper, representing the Miami Dolphin’s colors as well as the beautiful waters of Miami.
Each shoe from the Way of Wade 4 Chicago and Miami Pack features the same tech specs, just in different colors. They both feature a tri-blended sweat mesh throughout the upper with a heather and modern film accent patterns. Both shoe have a matching embroidered Wade logo placed on the tongue, as well as matching left and right insoles with maps of each respective city. The midsole and outsole are done in white, while color hits the outsole in respective colors to each colorway of the shoe in solid rubber traction pods. Carbon fiber is also used, as always, for the midfoot shank.
The Way of Wade 4 Chicago and Miami Pack is set to release Wednesday, July 6, for a retail price of $333 for the pack. The pack will be available at WayofWade.com, the NBA store in NYC, and The Edition Boutique in Miami.
