Jordan CP3.VII

There is good news and there is great news regarding the Jordan Brand CP3 line.

The good news; everything that worked on the last model (Jordan CP3.VI & CP3.VI AE) is back on the new model. The great news; they have more tech than ever before. Dynamic Flywire is featured on the CP3.VII and we have only seen Flywire used once on the CP3.V. Podulon has been retooled and is now lighter and more responsive… along with that they’ve given it a new name – Podulite. In addition to the Podulite, there is also a Zoom Air unit directly under the ball of the foot (strike zone) much like the Zoom units found in the
Kobe V & VI.

If you aren’t drooling right now then you’re probably sleeping.

  1. Yep, actually drooling. These look and sound like my perfect shoe. Haven’t found anything I’ve liked as much as the Kobe V – these sound like they could top them!

    1. I agree. This model could top Kobe V. I really loved my Kobe V and for me it’s better than the latest model of kobe. But the cp3 vii looks perfect for me especially the placing of zoom air unit on the strike zone. I hope there would be better colorways.

    1. I never noticed how few shoes get a 10 in ventilation. I don’t think any of the top ten have a 10 in it.

  2. Nice, but i would like it better if there was a fuse upper instead of nubuck or synthetic leather… its just a personal preference

  3. What The Hooka!!!! the best thing on the 6 is the traction. You on them Yak Brownies?! yo NW – that quote sounds like a pay off? you OK – need some help?

  4. traction seems downgraded from the last pair (hard to match that standard – but why not replicate it?) … also something about these remind me of a pair of JETERS

  5. Considering CP3 is a free agent this summer,

he also get’s his new shoes,

BUT the Traction doesn’t seem that aggressive, sad they didn’t reused or upgraded that wicked traction on the CP3 VI.

  6. The traction doesn’t look like it will be as good as 6s
I would of just kept the same pattern

  7. the CP3 line is never that visually appealing but they are built to perform so I applaud them for that

  8. traction might just be solid nothing great but nothing bad
cushion in this is i think amazing
    fit and ventilation clearly nice
support comes from the great fit
not sure about the durability in these shoes..

  9. The even lower ankle cut on the CP3 VI AE spoiled me. I’m new to the CP3 line, but is Jordan brand know for doing a “playoff” series for Chris Paul? Perhaps he will get the AE from now on like Nike does the Elites for Kobe, LeBron, & KD.
