The Nike Zoom Freak 1 has a Release Date

Giannis Antetokounmpo’s first signature sneaker with Nike finally has a release date.

According to Sneaker Reporter, we can expect the first colorway of the Nike Zoom Freak 1 to release on June 29. The colorway expected to launch is the one pictured featuring the ‘Total Orange’ build.

There have been rumors floating around when we may see Antetokounmpo debut the Zoom Freak 1 on-court, but that may depend on if the Milwaukee Bucks can get past the Toronto Raptors and into the NBA Finals. Basketball’s biggest stage would be a great place to debut a signature shoe so let’s wait and see how this series unfolds.

There is still no official word on a price, but once more information becomes available we’ll make sure to post an update. In the meantime, more details regarding the Nike Zoom Freak 1 can be found on our previous article.

  1. I have enjoyed the different colors of the Hyperdunk X that Middleton has been wearing in the playoffs. They are my favorite shoe of the year.

  2. A $110 shoe with double-stacked zoom air and flashy colors? Sign me up.

It’s an interesting design that I hope fits better than the PG3.

    1. $110 for double-stacked heel + forefoot zoom seems too good to be true,
      wouldn’t mind though 🙂
