The Nike Kyrie Flytrap 2 has finally landed Stateside and is available now.
The sequel to Kyrie Irving’s Flytrap basketball shoe, the Nike Kyrie Flytrap 2, has been available overseas for quite some time now. While we had to wait a while, the shoe is finally available in the States.
Sporting a material build similar to the original, the new Flytrap 2 looks to have upgraded in the traction department, not that the original had bad traction, it just wasn’t quite as good as the Kyrie 4’s. Cushion is the same as the original model — a small Hex-Zoom Air unit located under the ball of the foot.
Aesthetics are subjective and will vary from one person to the next, but I think these look way nicer than the first generation model. Feel free to share your thoughts on the shoe’s look and performance features below in the comment section.
