Take an Intimate Look at the Air Jordan 17+ Retro ‘Copper’

The Air Jordan 17+ is definitely a fan favorite. When they originally dropped for $200, we were like “Whaaat?!”, but now that they’re dropping for $250, we’re still like “Whaaaat?!” Regardless, we’re happy the 17’s are back and in an original colorway.

With black and white leather covering most of the silhouette, it’s the copper hits on the eyelets and heel, as well as the Sport Royal on the outsole that really stand out and make this colorway a bonafide ‘classic’.

The Air Jordan 17+ Retro ‘Copper’ is set for an April 9 release date on the SNKRS app and at Packer Shoes for $250.

  1. I want these man… but $250 just scares me. Better off paying for two pair of decent performance shoes

    1. Agreed. The materials and tech do not justify this pricing. I would gladly pay closer to $150 for these because I lLove this colorway and loved playing in the 17s back in the day. I’d rather get some Currys, Rose 6s, and/or JC3s for $250.

  2. The leather is really bad on this unlike the 17 OGs or the numbered remastered retros. Already released in the Philippines.

  3. I’d legit hate to be the person who wears these and gets stepped on/spilled on/rained on/etc.

I know Yeezy’s cost more and there are some foams of comparable price, but the smooth surfaces and white base is just going to really make any strain show. Just too, too clean to wear for me — and on top of that price.
